Ukrainecupid's Potential Liability for the Services is Limited
NEITHER Ukrainecupid.com NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICES, OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICES. Defamation, Copyright and Trademark Claims
Ukrainecupid.com is a provider of an interactive computer services. As such, its liability for others' conduct and information is limited as described therein.
Privacy and Data Collection

Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims
Ukrainecupid's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
REFUNDS: If Ukrainecupid.com terminates your account or if you decide to terminate your account and you provide notice to Ukrainecupid.com, your account will be deemed terminated when Ukrainecupid.com receives such notice.
You will only receive a refund for amounts not yet charged to your account.
Full refunds will be made at manager's discretion for special cases (shopper mistakenly signs up, uses the wrong credit card, etc.).
