We provide you with the invitation needed for your visa processing. Required documents are done within 2 working days. A copy of the invitation is faxed to the Ukrainian embassy, where you will receive your visa, and sent to your email or fax.

Important! Consulates of such countries as New Zealand and Australia demand hard copy of the invitation. That is why residents of these countries should include deliver fee for using express mail service.
2. Arranging tourist visa
Attention! Citizens of European Union members, Canada, USA, Republic of Turkey, Swiss Confederation, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta, Cyprus, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portuguese, Spain, Sweden!
Our agency enables you to obtain an entry visa to Ukraine directly at the point of arrival (airport, sea port) in Odessa for up to 14 days stay (on tourist basis). You just have to apply to our representative indicating your last and first name, passport number, arrival date and number of flight (other transportation) calling any of the indicated phones or by e-mail. You should also have 2 passport-size photos with you.
Our representative will meet you upon your arrival with the necessary documents arranged in advance. You will obtain a respective entry visa on the spot at the consulate department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

5. Meeting at the airport/railway station
If you wish the agency's driver can pick up your lady and take her to the airport /railway station to meet you. Then it will take you both to a hotel or rented apartment.

6. Interpreters
English, Italian and German-speaking interpreters are available on an hourly, package, or daily basis. Interpreter will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week. They will help you to communicate with your lady.
